Refund policy

Before we start

If a booster hasn't started your order yet, you can cancel from the chat on your order page and get a full refund, minus the blockchain network fee.

During the boost

If you want to stop, or we can't finish the order, we refund the part that wasn't done — the ranks, trophies or wins still left, at the prices on the site.

After it's done

Completed orders aren't refundable. If the result isn't what you ordered, tell us in the order chat and we'll fix it.

When a refund doesn't apply

• Progress lost because you logged in during the boost after being asked to stay offline.
• Account changes you make during the order (password, linked email, spending).

How refunds are paid

Card payments: back to the card you paid with (or, for payments through MoonPay, in USDC to a wallet address you give us in the order chat). Crypto: to an address you give us in the order chat. Within 3 business days of approval.
